Choose the right size hoop for you…

Medium Hoop
This will rotate faster, giving you an aerobic workout immediately.
The hoop is made from 20mm pipe this hoop is approximately 820mm in diameter and weighs 450 grams.

Large Hoop
This will rotate slower therefore you can hoop for longer and slow down your movements, then quicken it up for an aerobic workout.

The hoop is made from 20mm pipe this is approximately 920mm in diameter and weighs 500 grams.
