Do you want to know how to start hula hooping?

Then come join one of our classes.
* small class sizes for personalised support
* learn basic waist hooping & a variety of other tricks
* music based, fun, supportive atmosphere
* body toning & low impact aerobic fitness

All participants need their own hoop. If you don’t have one, you can purchase it online now or at your first class. The large hoop is recommended for this class as it is easier to spin.

    Julie is a great teacher and has lots of patience. Her classes are a good way of having fun and meeting other people as well as exercising.
    As a person with lower back pain hula hooping has helped immensely, to the point of being able to postpone having surgery.
    Hula hooping has given relief to my pain.
    My surgeon said that hula hooping would help strengthen my core muscles which I believe it has.

    Julie’s Hula Hooping classes were such an excellent way to improve my fitness, learn a new skill and have heaps of fun. Julie made everything look easy and broke all the skills and moves into small steps to help put it altogether. I really enjoyed the way hula hooping made me concentrate and focus on learning new skills so it took my mind off everything else, this meant I felt quite refreshed at the end of the class. There was great music and lots of time to practise. I will definitely be going back for more Hula Hooping later in the year.
