On 1 July 2017 In2Hula are launching their next event – The 10:30 Challenge
Hoop for at least 10 minutes every day for 30 days
Think of what you would like to achieve by hooping for at least 10 minutes a day for the next 30 days. Would you like to trim your waist by 2cm, lose a few kilos, tone up your arms, increase your cardio fitness or just hoop snack to keep up your mental clarity at work. Next, go to the 10:30 event page on the In2Hula Facebook page, register for the event and note your achievement aim on the page. This will help give you accountability motivation.
Lastly, set yourself a regular time to hoop each day – maybe first thing in the morning with the kids, at morning tea time, while dinner is cooking – whatever suits you. Ten minutes is relatively easy to slot in somewhere in even the busiest day.
Anyone can take part in this event – you can even set it as a challenge for your kids to do with you
