We have a new Challenge for you! Walk with a hula hoop!
Hoopwalking tones your legs, buttocks and abdominal muscles at the same time.

How Far Can You Go?
In support of those who are hoopwalking the City to Surf, the In2Hula Challenge for this month is to see how far you can hoopwalk (or for how long).
This is a personal challenge. You will be competing only with yourself. Set yourself a goal to work towards depending on where you are at in your hooping journey.
Maybe you are just starting and your goal could be to hoopwalk the length of your driveway.
Maybe you could challenge yourself to hoopwalk home after walking the kids to school.
Maybe you could join our weekly Friday morning group hoopwalks and walk around one section of Hagley Park.
Maybe you could hoopwalk the 6km City to Surf.
