In2Hula fitness hoops are made from heavier pipe rather than containing added weights. This makes them more stable for beginners to learn with, and heavy enough to give your body a solid workout, but also light enough to be used for almost all hoop moves both on and off the body. In2Hula now also offers lighter weight dance hoops. These 820mm diameter hoops are made from thinner purple coloured pipe and are great for experienced hoopers wanting a more intense cardio workout or to do a greater variety of moves.

Large Hoop – $45
If you are a beginner adult hooper you will need a large hoop. Larger hoops rotate more slowly so are much easier to learn with. Once you are proficient at waist hooping you can spin the hoop faster for a more aerobic workout.
The large In2Hula hoop is made from 20mm pipe and is approximately 920mm in diameter and weighs 500 grams.
Medium Hoop – $35 taped, $10 purple pipe
Medium size hoops are suitable for children over 5. They are also suitable for more experienced hoopers who want to do more off the body moves, or engage in an aerobic workout immediately when waist hooping as smaller hoops rotate more quickly.
The medium In2Hula hoop is made from 20mm pipe and is approximately 820mm in diameter and weighs 450 grams.
Small Hoop – $7
Our 65cm diameter small hoops are made from light purple pipe and are suitable for children under 5 years old.
